Some of you asked me about the Article I was mentioning about Heston Blumenthal demoing the Sous Vide Supreme. Here it is at seriouseats.com. J.Kenji Lopez-Alt attended a demo of the new appliance and reports what he saw and what he tasted. It’s a cool article with some interesting info and good photos.
