Yes, agree with the space saving factor, however, Sous Vide Supreme is the first and only sous vide water bath specifically designed for home use and it’s only 2/3 of the price of sous vide professional.
I have one and love it. I had a Sous Vide Supreme, but have a very small kitchen and did not want to devote counter space to it. Bought the Sous Vide Pro and use my various sized stock pots as containers.
I am looking forward to adding this unit to the line up of sous vide equipment that I can offer to the Australian market. Cuisine technology have graciously excepted http://www.sousvideaustralia.com as an Australian distributer.
