My name is Nicolas Aithadi, I am not a chef, I am an enthusiast cook. Food and cooking are my passion and a hobby.
My job couldn’t be farther away from the culinary arts, as I am a Visual Effects Supervisor at the Moving Picture Company in London. So why a blog about cooking? As I previously wrote, Cooking is a passion of mine and if I have to write about something it would be about cooking. I am not trained as a chef, everything I know I’ve learned by myself, reading books, watching DVDs or just practicing. I’m an not limited to one kind of cooking and being french doesn’t prevent me from appreciating cuisines from all around the world. Having said that there is a way of cooking that I have a particular fondness for and it is Sous vide. So, an important part of this blog will have to do with sous vide. Hope you’ll enjoy….
